Roger Pascavis
Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain
Roger Pascavis has served as our Executive Vice President, Global Supply Chain since March 2013. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations since January 2008. Mr. Pascavis joined Generac in 1995 and has served as Director of Materials and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Generac, Mr. Pascavis was a Plant Manager for MTI in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Mr. Pascavis holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin, Stout and an M.B.A. from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Tim Hearden
Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Service
Tim Hearden has served as our Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Service since December 2017. Mr. Hearden joined Generac in 1995 and has held various senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing, and several industrial engineering leadership positions. Mr. Hearden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
Amanda Teder
Chief Marketing Officer
Amanda Teder was appointed Chief Marketing officer in November 2024 after joining Generac as Executive Vice President – Marketing in November 2022. Ms. Teder comes from Michelin, North America, where she served as Vice President Consumer Marketing in 2020 and 2021. Previously, Ms. Teder held multiple leadership roles at Procter and Gamble over almost 20 years including leading North America Oral-B and leading North America Retailer Marketing across the company’s brands and retailers. Ms. Teder holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
