Tim Hearden has served as our Chief Operations Officer since June 2026. Mr. Hearden joined Generac in 1995 and has held various senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President, Global Operations and Service, Senior Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Manufacturing, and several industrial engineering leadership positions. Mr. Hearden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
