Nam T. Nguyen has served as a director of Generac since March 2022. Ms. Nguyen is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Generate Capital, a leading sustainable infrastructure company. She previously served as an Executive Vice President of SunPower Corp., a solar and storage products company from 2013-2020. Prior to her role at SunPower Corp., Ms. Nguyen served as Vice President of Global Business Development at First Solar, a global solar company, from 2009-2013. Her early career has included various positions in investment banking, working in New York, Singapore and Los Angeles.

Ms. Nguyen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University. She brings extensive experience as an executive leader in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure.
