Kyle Raabe

    President, Consumer Power
    Kyle Raabe has served as our President, Consumer Power since November 2019.  Prior to rejoining Generac, Mr. Raabe was Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Demand Planning and Sales Operations from 2018 through 2019 for The Master Lock Corporation and Vice President of Sales for the Commercial Security and Safety groups at Master Lock from 2015 through 2018.  Prior to The Master Lock Corporation, Mr. Raabe led multiple groups at Generac Power Systems from 2007 through 2015 as Director of Wholesale and Dealer Distribution, Vice President Wholesale Distribution Sales and Vice President, Industrial Distribution Sales.  Before joining Generac, Kyle served Veolia North America, Environmental Services leading Midwest Regional Service Operations.  Mr. Raabe holds a BA, Biological Science from Lawrence University.

    Marcia J. Avedon, Ph.D.

    Marcia J. Avedon has served as a director of Generac since December 2019. Ms. Avedon is currently the CEO of Avedon Advisory, LLC.  Ms. Avedon served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources, Marketing & Communications Officer for Trane Technologies, a climate control innovation company focusing on heating and cooling in buildings, homes, and transportation (previously Ingersoll Rand, plc from 2012-2022).  She previously served as a director of GCP Applied Technologies and Lincoln National Corporation.  Prior to her role with Trane Technologies, Ms. Avedon served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Communications and Corporate Affairs for Ingersoll Rand since 2007, and as the Chief HR officer of Merck from 2002-2006.  Ms. Avedon held increasingly responsible leadership positions in Human Resources and Communications in Honeywell International from 1995-2002.  Her early career included positions in human resources at Anheuser-Busch Companies and as a consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton. 

    Ms. Avedon earned a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and a Masters and Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Washington University.  She has over 30 years of experience leading organizational transformation, talent and succession management, culture change, corporate social responsibility and communications.
