Kyle Raabe has served as Executive Vice President and President, Home Power Generation since February 2026. Prior to this role, he served as President, Consumer Power since November 2019. Before rejoining Generac, he was Senior Vice President of North American Sales, Demand Planning and Sales Operations from 2018 through 2019 for The Master Lock Corporation and Vice President of Sales for the Commercial Security and Safety groups at Master Lock from 2015 through 2018. Prior to Master Lock, he led multiple groups at Generac Power Systems from 2007 through 2015 as Director of Wholesale and Dealer Distribution, Vice President of Wholesale Distribution Sales and Vice President, Industrial Distribution Sales. Before his first stint at Generac, he served Veolia North America, Environmental Services leading Midwest Regional Service Operations. Raabe holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Science from Lawrence University.
