Mr. Lampereur has served as a director of Generac since March 2014. Between 1993 and 2017, Mr. Lampereur served in a number of leadership positions at Actuant Corporation, a global diversified company, including most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from August 2000. Prior to 1993, Mr. Lampereur held various financial positions with Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, Terex Corporation, and Price Waterhouse. He also previously served as a director of Robbins & Myers and Jason Industries, Inc. 

Mr. Lampereur graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from St. Norbert College. Mr. Lampereur contributes over 26 years of senior-level financial experience in a variety of businesses complementary to Generac, including as a chief financial officer and director of a multi-national public company.
