Jennifer Anderson has served as our Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development since January 2024. Prior to joining Generac, Mrs. Anderson was Senior Vice President, Strategy, Business Development and Chief Sustainability Officer for Carrier. Before Carrier, Mrs. Anderson held the position of Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Tyson Foods, with previous leadership roles at Johnson Controls and Eaton. In addition, Mrs. Anderson has worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, spending a number of years in its Hong Kong and Chicago offices. Mrs. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Talal Butt has served as our Chief Information Officer since March 2024. Prior to joining Generac, he was Global Vice President – Enterprise Transformation and Architecture for Rockwell Automation. Before Rockwell, Mr. Butt was Vice President and IT Project Services Manager at Robert W. Baird & Co. and served in previous leadership roles at Covance (a subsidiary of LabCorp) and GE Healthcare. He is the recipient of two CIO 100 awards for digital transformation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
