Niccolò Borracchini has served as Executive Vice President – International since July 2026. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President – International. Mr. Borracchini has been with Pramac since 2015, initially serving as Corporate General Manager. Following the acquisition of Pramac by Generac in 2016, he played a key role in supporting the integration and the international expansion of the Group outside the United States and Canada, taking on increasing responsibilities across key corporate and commercial areas of the business in selected markets. Mr. Borracchini holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Siena, both graduated magna cum laude. As part of his academic path, he spent one year at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany through the Erasmus program. He also completed executive programs at SDA Bocconi.
